• Maintain records of property owner consent and authorization

Property listing information may be visible to other users of the platform. Private seller listings are only visible to registered and authenticated users. Consent records are stored securely and are not shared publicly.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all listing data you submit. By providing listing information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to share such information and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. NewNest does not independently verify listing data and shall not be liable for any claims arising from user-submitted listing content.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for up to 5 years from your last interaction with our services. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or we are required by law to retain it.

Consent records related to property listings may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable real estate regulations and to protect against potential claims. This retention is necessary to demonstrate that proper consent was obtained from listing submitters and to defend against any legal proceedings that may arise after a listing has been removed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers who assist in delivering our services
• Real estate professionals when you request listing information or showings
• CRM and communication platforms used to manage leads and correspondence
• Legal authorities when required by law or to respond to legal process

In the event of a legal dispute or regulatory inquiry related to a listing you submitted, we may be required to disclose your information, including consent records and submission details, to the relevant authorities or parties. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such disclosure.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

Please note that withdrawing consent for listing-related data processing may result in the removal of your property listing from the platform. 7. Analytics & Page Visit Tracking

We collect anonymous usage data to improve our services. This includes:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
