About Severn Township

Severn Township is the gateway to cottage country, located at the southern edge of Muskoka. The township includes the communities of Coldwater, Washago, and Base Borden, and features numerous lakes and the Trent-Severn Waterway.

The area transitions from the agricultural lands of Simcoe County to the Canadian Shield's lakes and forests, offering a mix of permanent residences and seasonal properties.
